TL;DR (unofficial results — certification still pending):

Governor's race is headed to a runoff between Torres-Jones and Attao-Villagomez — the leading ticket sits at 49.5%, short of the majority needed to win outright
Delegate Kim King-Hinds wins reelection with about 64% of the vote
The attorney general race also goes to a runoff (Joaquin DLG Torres vs Mike Evangelista — separated by just 18 votes for second place)
Voters also backed a constitutional convention and retained a Supreme Court justice
All numbers are unofficial per the Commonwealth Election Commission (counts as of ₅:34 a.m. Nov 4; some precincts slightly earlier)

Governor / Lt. Governor

The Ralph Torres / Benjamin Jones ticket leads with 6,437 votes (49.5%), BJ Attao / Edmund Villagomez has 5,043 (38.7%), and Lawrence Camacho / Edith Deleon Guerrero has 1,537 (11.8%). Because CNMI law requires a runoff when no ticket wins more than half of all votes cast, Marianas Variety reports the race goes to a Torres-Jones vs Attao-Villagomez runoff. Percentages can shift as remaining ballots are counted, but the leading ticket would need a large share of the outstanding votes to clear 50% outright.

U.S. House Delegate

Incumbent Kimberlyn King-Hinds leads Galvin Deleon Guerrero, 8,194 votes (63.7%) to 4,675 (36.3%), and Marianas Variety reports she has won reelection.

Attorney General (nonpartisan)

Joaquin DLG Torres leads with 5,073 votes (39.7%), ahead of Mike Evangelista at 3,854 (30.2%) and Jonathan Glass at 3,836 (30.1%). With no majority winner, MV reports the race heads to a runoff between Torres and Evangelista — note Glass trails second place by only 18 votes, so this pairing could still change with outstanding ballots.

Ballot questions

Voters appear to have approved holding a constitutional convention, with Yes at 7,602 (63.7%) vs No at 4,324 (36.3%). In the justice retention question, Chief Justice Alexandro Castro is widely supported for retention: 10,359 Yes (85%) to 1,832 No (15%).

Legislature and local races (early leaders)

In the two-seat Saipan Senate race, Republican Vinnie Sablan leads with 5,569 and Democrat Celina Babauta is in the second qualifying spot with 4,656; MV calls Babauta reelected. In the Saipan mayoral race, RB Camacho leads decisively with 8,331 votes (81.5%). For mayor of the Northern Islands, Kei Aiken Tenorio leads with 88 votes (60.3%) on a small vote count. Full House results by precinct were still being updated at press time.

What's next

Results remain unofficial until the Commonwealth Election Commission certifies them. Runoff dates have not been announced yet — we'll update this thread as certified numbers and runoff schedules land. Please keep discussion civil; election talk is welcome, mudslinging isn't.
